Very cool. And my son is in SAE, but different focus, and a Junior at Kettering/FCA.

  2. Tom Cain Says:

Very cool event! If I was only a lot younger… When I was looking at colleges, I visited GMI, now Kettering, at the urging of my Dad who was a lifelong GM employee. I ended up at Ohio State where I got a Computer Engineering degree in 1978. I knew didn’t want to write payroll programs, rather, I wanted to use computers to actually do something. I ended up with a very successful career designing telephone switching systems. If this was feasible back then, I’d have gone to Kettering and designed vehicle autonomy.
