Ford is going to split into two business units, one for ICE and one for BEV. Renault is doing the same thing and CEO Luca de Meo says it’s even looking into spinning off the BEV unit as a separate company. So what will General Motors do? We ask Mark Reuss, the President of GM, that question, as well as take a deep dive into its EV strategy.

I was expecting a bunch of content-free corporate doubletalk. But Mark Reuss impressed me by speaking plainly and imparting genuine insight into the decision making process at GM. Now you guys have to wrangle a second hour out of him (please).

I am an avid corvette enthusiast and look forward to my Z06 being delivered in about two years…(o:g) but I get to enjoy my 2020 c8 z51 till then.
I look frward to examining the ultium electric prodict line for my girl as her current ev audi etron lease expires at that time.
What she wants is a corvette ev cuv yet we may go for the very beautiful new awd cadillac ev as well…
GM has the best engineers in the world. They also will have the best ev lineup to choose from.
We want hot rod cuv awd vehicles in addition to the cadillac lyrick (sp)

Ps I also watch the shows on youtube but a trip down memory lane on this site was fun too. I remember we did a show in downtown NY quite a few years ago. That was very exciting.
