I saw your question what will be cruising here in 25 years. Willing to guarantee it won’t be any of the bland Japanese cars we have now outside a GT-R or 2 . My guess same cars you see today Mustangs ,Camaros, and Challengers, Corvettes .
I agree with you guys that todays cars are waaay better then those of the 50s,60s,70s. What 90% lack though is soul. The cars back then had character stuff built today outside about 10 models are toasters on wheels. Really think back what cars from the 80s and 90s are really collectible? Mustangs ,Camaros, Firebirds and Corvettes. What do they have in common they are muscle cars , cars that stir emotion .

[...] AAH AT WOODWARD DREAM CRUISE Hey, if you didn’t catch it, the Autoline crew and friends put on a great show two nights ago when they went LIVE from historic Woodward Avenue to celebrate the annual Dream Cruise – the largest one-day automotive event in the world. John and the gang were kind enough to invite me down to Royal Oak, Michigan, to participate. Here’s a snippet of my chat with Peter De Lorenzo, talking about one classic car I recently drove and how it compares to modern vehicles. [...]

Would any of you all be able to provide a recommendation as to where I might book a place to stay within the area of the Dream Cruise for next year. I have never been and am embarrassed to say I had never heard of the event prior to your show last year. Have been looking forward to this years shows and was even more blown away by the amount of vehicles that arrive early for a weekend event.
I finally had a chance to watch the Wednesday show, tonight Friday August 20th. Right now it is all happening on Woodward Ave, but there will be no TV coverage nor a mention of the event here in the Northeast.
I am serious about planning a week off and attending next years event with your gracious help.
Long time watcher and listener of the show from back in the SPEED TV days. (Sunday @ 06:00)for us in MA.
Anyway, great show that you all put on and very glad that you have exposed me to the Dream Cruise, and look forward to attending next year and hopefully me you you, John and Peter and whoever may show up for the broadcast.
    Best Regards,
    Rick Wakefield.
