Final Impression:
Stunningly beautiful car, particularly the interior. Audi has always been good at interiors, but they outdid themselves on this RS 7. The black pleated seats with white stitching are particularly noticeable, while the instrument panel, doors and console are accented with black trim pieces that have very thin silver lines running through them. How do they make these things? It gives the appearance of a fine, bespoke pinstripe suit.

This car is rocket fast, and you can adjust the exhaust note to three different levels depending on your mood. The ride can also be set to three different levels—great for spirited driving, or simply cruising in comfort.

But the steering can feel imprecise, especially when set in dynamic mode. It can have uneven levels of effort, which can be distracting. It’s the only weakness in an otherwise fine car.
