Hyundai Kia Genesis are producing great innovative product but Dealer experience is pretty poor.
Manufacturer seems able to listen & improve the product when criticized but older modelengine failures are being poorly handled or they try to wiggle out of lots of claims.Their 10 year power train warranty is not being honoured.
I have had no issues personally & have had great success after ownership of their products for almost 11 years.Love my 2016 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 H Trac sedan & my wife’s 2nd Kia Soul. Dealer Sales & Service experience has been spotty.
