Stellantis conversation: what is missing is how they have upset dealers, and aren’t providing adequate support for them, which means consumers aren’t getting adequate support.
For example: we waited for 6 weeks to get an ECM for the ABS on a 2023 Charger with less than 5,000 miles on it. The dealer said they don’t even have field reps anymore. After calling corporate customer service, I received a call back 2 weeks later from someone in India who said the part wouldn’t be available for another month. The dealer had already horse traded for it with another dealer. (Thank you dealer for being smarter than Stellantis “leadership”.)
Dealer is mad, consumer is mad…no one wins.
