Continental Improving Safety Through Technology – CES 2022

January 6, 2022 by John McElroy

Continental is taking V2X technology to a new level, where cars are not just communicating with other vehicles and infrastructure. It’s stitching that information together to provide vehicles with a much broader understanding of what’s going on in their environment. Tamara Snow, the head of Research and Advanced Engineering at Continental explains how V2X Collective Perception works. She also talks about three other technologies with intriguing names: the Transparent Vehicle, Switchable Privacy Display, and ShyTech Display.
