Tim Philippo is the Cross Car Line Product Manager for Jaguar Land Rover North America. He talks with John McElroy about Jaguar’s philosophy on touch screens. Should they be mounted portrait style as in the Tesla Model S? What functions are appropriate for touch screens and which should rely on physical knobs?

Wow since 2000 JLR had a touch screen. GM had one since 1986.
