VW’s Trio of EVs – Frankfurt Motor Show 2017

Volkswagen will be plunging head first into the BEV market, with different electrics aimed at different types of buyers in different geographic regions. Meet the three concepts that point the way: a city commuter, a crossover, and a minivan. They’re also designed with Level 4 autonomy in mind. Though still a few years away from production they present VW’s best thinking on how to develop new cars for an electrified world.

    The little minivan is awesome and the IV cross should be a hit here in the USA..

    I side rear sliding door makes sense…but don’t need this for both sides to cut costs and weight. Great feature just not sure it’s needed on both sides.

    The ID looks cool but just make it a five seater. Consumers need or want 5 seater sedans…not 4 seaters

    -all three look great.
