BOB HALL, one of the most brilliant car persons in recorded history, definitely is the Miata’s father….and mother. No one should deprive him of that distinction.

I really appreciate this interview. Bob is absoluetely right about the Renault Caravelle of the 1960′s. The Model 3 is just like that. I thought it looked familiar.
I think all automobile designers especially in North America live in fear of going >too far>< like the Chrysler Airflow.
