Seems like one of the absolute keys is how rapidly PARTS SUPPLIERS can intake the max amount of automation to speed processes and improve absolute (not mean/median) part quality.
Suppliers need to use automation to ELIMINATE lesser quality parts so that waste falls (savings) and downstream vehicle quality goes up. ELIMINATING part quality issues will make a supplier a trusted long-term partner WORTH higher price point to the vehicle manufacturer.
That’s why the right automation NOW can be transformational for the part suppliers.
